Ring Stabilization of Toric Plate Haptic-IOLs

Postoperative stability of toric lenses is since 10 years a challenging problem. Presentations and literature reported since than about 10-20% axisrotation postoperatively. We present a new device which acts like a clip: the IOL-clip fixes the position of any IOL in that position which is looked for. In vitro and in vivo studies as well as computer-animation explain the technique and device.
