Abstract
Estimation of Corneal Ablation in Laser In-situ Keratomileusis (LASIK) by Optical Low Coherence Reflectometry (OLCR) Kojetinsky C., Lackerbauer C.-A., Grueterich M., Ludwig K., Kampik A.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the prepoperatively calculated with the postoperatively obtained corneal ablation of patients who underwent LASIK. OLCR was used as a non-contact method with an accuracy of 1,5 micrometers. Furthermore, we investigated on the practicability of OLCR pachymetry in presence of peri- and postoperative corneal changes, in order to find out if this method also can be used for online-pachymetry during laser refractive surgery. |
